Changes

3 files were changed to reverse right and left joystick options because upon testing, we realized that they were flipped. Several files also underwent the usual general cleanup. End effector functinoality was also added through the following files: ShootCommand.java, TimedIntake.java, ShootGroup.java, Climber.java, Intake.java, and Shooter.java
