Concerns
2. Hardware
Summary
The standoffs that hold the chassis together were modified. Bumpers for the four corners of the robot have begun construction. Wheels for the tread have been mailed off for modification.
Changes
The standoffs were shortened by o.5'' in order to stay within legal dimensions, and another standoff was added to the back of the robot.
Decisions
Two sets of 4 bumpers will be made, one red and one blue. Each bumper is constructed of two perpendicular wooden panels that form a corner, with two horizontal pieces of about 10'' foam pool noodles taped to each panel's exterior. The entire contraption will then be covered and secured with colored cloth.
Concerns
Building is slightly behind schedule. The arm needs to be mounted soon for testing before a scrimmage on the 20th. More pool noodles need to be purchased for bumper construction.
3. Wiring
Concerns
Things will need to start being placed on the board.
